CURRENT LAYOUT

Name:Happy Dance
Time: Jan, 22nd, 2006
Site: Childish Access
Brushes: Zero
Picture: Feathers, Korea

I found this layout picture on poco while I was browsing one of their movie articles regarding movie posters. I think this picture is a movie poster for a Korean film called Feather(s). I'm not sure as I didn't do much research on it. The first time I saw this poster, I liked it. It was beautiful, refreshing, simple, clean, spooky, weird and funny. Then I was sick of my old layout for this site, so I made a layout using this poster. I think this layout finally helped me to break my pink-layouts marathon. Because it seems that I only make layouts of the same color theme over and over. (By the way, it seems like I've used this color theme before... hmm) Anyways, it was a fair bit of pain to edit the background. But it all turns out good. I think ultimately, I love iframe layouts the most, =D

VERSION SEVEN

Name: Dying in the Sun
Time: October, 2005
Site: Childish Access
Brushes: UnionCity
Picture: Copyrighted to Kubo Tite, Bleach.

Wow, I can't believe that this is my first Bleach layout for one of my sites that's not Bleach-related fanlistings... AIZEN'S HAWT MODEL LOOK OWNS ME. This is the seventh version layout of the site. For the number's sake, I made something very different and special. The things that inspired this layout are listed below:

Frustration (I hadn't updated the site for 6 months until this layout)
Fangirlism after reading Bleach chapter 198. Aizen is a smexy god.
Inspiration from listening a ghostly song at midnight called Dying in the Sun by a band called The Cranberries.
Tiresome of staying pass midnight doing absolute nothing.
Justification of Subvintage's kick ass graphic skills, her style needs to be recognized as the purest thing that could ever happen to The Internet.

Everything just happens to fall into places perfectly. The song's theme and title fits the scans. The style is totally crazy, again, fits everything. Actually, I chose to use the 3 primary colors for this layout because I wanted to do something that's more art-orienated rather than internet fads. 3 primary colors are the representation of the modern art movement, Pure-ism, or purism, whatever. I just digged out the idea from the back of my brain and used it. But I have to admit that my graphic skill is pretty crappy, so it didn't turn out to be really fancy or anything. I guess the idea is there, but the product needs to be put into more effort.

This layout was actually intended for my livejournal, but then I looked at the component coding at LJ for 3 seconds, I decided that crappy html is easier to code.

VERSION SIX

Name: TRC Marathon
Time: March, 2005
Site: Childish Access
Brushes: Vanilla-Dreams
Patterns: SquidFingers
Picture: Copyrighted to CLAMP, Tsubasa RESERVoir CHRoNiCLE.

This was first intended as a special version for the Tsubasa RESERVoir CHRoNiCLE layout marathon, but while changing the layout, I lost the old layout.... -_____- I almost cried, even though this layout is good, I still like the last one better...

Anyways, this layout was extremely easy to make, but I made 2 layouts before this. I wasn't satisfied with the previous ones, but this one turns out to be ok... It's actually my favourite Shaoran picture, ^^

VERSION FIVE

Name: We Are Just Kids!
Time: Nov, 2004
Site: Childish Access
View: Splash Page
Brushes: Vanilla-Dreams, Truly-Sarah, pixelfxORG
Picture: Copyrighted to Kishimoto Masashi, Naruto.

My, first, advanced, layout. This layout didn't take me long to code or to make, which is amazing. The screencaps are taken from episode 101 of the Naruto anime, and I loved that episode! I've never liked the Naruto anime art, but in that episode, the animation is extremely cuuutttee!!

Anyways, I had my patience with the layout for the first part, the main picture. Then I get impatient with the rest of the layout and pictures, so I just ran through them really quickly and didn't put much effects on them. But it stills turns out great, =D

This is also my first shonen anime layout for this site! I've always wanted to make a Naruto layout for this site, but since most of the pictures sucked... Anyways, I made this layout into the colour theme of purple, because I like the colour. It supposed to use some brighter colour theme, but I didn't like either orange, yellow or red when I tried them out on the pictures. So I went with purple because it looked the best, =D

VERSION FOUR

Name: Reaching Dream
Time: April, 2004
Site: Childish Access
View: Splash Page
Brushes: Truly-Sarah
Picture: Copyrighted to Yuki Kaori, Count Cain.

Ok, fouth layout, so far, my most successful/beautiful layout. I always say that to my new layout. I realize that you can't stare at the same layout for a long time, or else you are really going to get bored... That's why while editing the layout, I tried not to look it often... I hate to admit that I'm a layout whore, but... last layout was made a month ago, and now, I'm changing again... @_@

Actually, this layout didn't only use one picture, ^o^ It used two of Yuki Kaori's beautiful artworks. The main picture features Cain from Earl Cain, from the cover of Hana to Yume, the purple flowers you see around him are actually from another picture, the other picture is actually an artwork of Earl Cain also, except I only clone brushed the flowers onto this layout to give it a pretty effect. ^^ As usual, it's a pain to edit magazine covers, because I have to clone brush Cain's cloths to the right point to erase all the fonts, I actually erased most of the original flowers which surrounded Cain, because... I got lazy again, I didn't want to waste hours to just fix up the flowers and erase the fonts that covered them, so I just erased them completely and clone brushed other flowers onto it, and it turns out real great, even better than the original picture, ^^;;

I just realized that most of my layouts so far used Yuki Kaori's artworks... >o< I just love her artworks, that's why. I think you have to read her manga in order to appreciate her artworks hundreds times better, because all the emotions that her artworks contain have direct effect to the manga, or may I say, the manga has direct effect to her artworks. Unlike CLAMP, Yuki's artwork is not just about how to look good, they contain feelings.

Oh, one interesting thing about this layout. Do you know why I change my layout so quickly...? Well, this layout was never intend for this site when it was originally made, it was intend for my blog, but then I love it so much and I think it's a bit wasted if I use for a blog... I will make something simplier.

VERSION THREE

Name: Digital Access
Time: March, 2004
View:Splash page
Site: Childish Access
Picture: Copyrighted to CLAMP, Tsubasa: RESERVoir CHRoNiCLE.

I was actually really proud of this layout, it's my first... better layout for this site. But then, a friend of mine told me that she can't view this site properly because her browser doesn't support the IE codes, which I used for transparency of the i-frame. And I sort of get tired of this orangy layout. My first layout without using Yuki Kaori's artworks, haha, I wonder if this will be the last also... hahaah..

VERSION TWO

Time: Feb. 2004
Site: Childish Access
Picture: Copyrighted to Yuki Kaori, Angel Sanctuary.

Second version, a simple i-frame layout features Setsuna from the anime/manga series Angel Sanctuary, art work by Yuki Kaori. I didn't use a single brush on this layout. Amazing, ha. But it didn't last long, I was just learning and experimenting i-frame back then, and now I learned... I changed the layout, =P

VERSION ONE

Site: Childish Access
Brushes: Truly-Sarah
Picture: Copyrighted to Yuki Kaori, Count Cain.

This is my first layout, yeah, build with page builder, but you can see that the whole page structure looks pretty good, no? >.>;;; It features Merry Weather from Yuki Kaori's manga series: Count Cain, she is a very pretty girl, yep yep, and since the site's name is Childish Access, the layout always has to accosiate with "childish" stuff... Who knows, I might use this picture to make layout later, but not now...
