That's translated from the inside page of volume 7 of Bleach, which has the cover of Byakuya, so I thought those sayings were related to him, since they were translated from the Chinese manga, I don't guarantee accuracy. Byakuya is the captain of the 6th division of gotei 13. His height is 180cm and he weighs 64kg. Byakuya was born on Jan.31st. He is the 28th heir to the Kuchiki royal family. The things on his head are called "kenseikan", and only royal family members can use this kind of hair style. They use half cut cylinders, and put a sheaf of hair in them. The scarf he wears can only be wore by the heir of the Kuchiki family, it's made by master weaver Tsujishiro Kuroemon the Third. It is called "Ginpaku Kazahana no Uzuginu" The price of this one singly scarf can build ten houses. Things he likes are kikyo (a kind of flower), evening walk and spicy things. His theme song defined by Kubo is "Je Chante Pour Passer Le Temps", by Giovanni Mirabassi, which is from [AVANTI!] Byakuya is the adopted older brother of Rukia, (Rukia was adopted into his family...) Byakuya shows no emotions, He's a man of pride, according to the 13th division's captain, he is very "moody and stubborn". Byakuya despites the weak and he always keeps his cool no matter what happens. His Zanpaku sword works in a really "pretty" way. He holds the sword vertically in front of him, and calls out, "Scatter, Senbonzakura.", which means 1000 Sakura trees, and then the blade of his sword will scatter like sakura petals and disappear and the scattered blades will attack the enemy from behind like thousands of needles, it was really pretty and...deadly. Apparently, though Byakuya may appear to be a cold and ruthless man, he is actually very passionate inside. Byakuya had a wife named Hisana, and they were only married for 5 years before Hisana died of disease (?). Hisana was not from a royal family, so the marriage was not approved by the Kuchiki family members. However, Byakuya loved her neverthless and broke the rules of the family for her. Before Hisana died, she asked Byakuya to find Rukia and adopt her into the family, because Rukia is actually Hisana's little sister, but Hisana abandoned her when she was only a baby because it was very hard to make a living for two people. Hisana asked Byakuya to not tell Rukia about her real identity, because she was ashamed to have Rukia known what happened. Byakuya also promised Hisana to protect Rukia. Byakuya had already broken a family rule for marrying Hisana, but he broke the rules again by adopting Rukia as a sister. Byakuya then swore in front of his parents' grave that he will never break the family rules again no matter what happens. So when Rukia was sentenced to death, Byakuya was confused. He didn't know whether to keep his promise to Hisana as to protect Rukia, or keep his promise to his parents as to always obey the rules. Though he didn't say anything as Rukia was sentenced to death, it is his confusion that kept him from taking any action. Until his battle with Ichigo did he realize that he should follow his heart and keep his promise to Hisana. So when Gin and Aizen was about to kill Rukia, Byakuya came and saved her. Afterwards, Byakuya told Rukia everything and said "I'm sorry." I personally think that Byakuya is really sweet~ ^^;; He despite being a royal family member and married someone he loved, and then he protected Rukia silently. He is always someone you can depend on at the last minute... ABOUT LAYOUTThis layout isn't hard to make, it did take a while to make. Basically, I was stuck to make a new layout for this site for more than 5 months... I always had something rough in my photoshop, but nothing ever satisfied me. Because I wanted to move all my fanlistings to my domain with a new layout, so I decided to just make an easy layout. That's why this is not the most original layout you've seen.
